Order Terms, Shipping & Lead Times

This order form generates a purchase request only. All orders are subject to written confirmation, product availability, and credit approval by X-Series USA. Prices shown are list prices in USD and are subject to change without notice. Duty costs, where applicable, are included in listed pricing — confirm with your X-Series representative for jurisdiction-specific requirements. X-Series USA reserves the right to decline or modify any order.

SHIPPING & FREIGHT RATES

Freight estimates provided by this form are for budgeting purposes only and are based on zone-based LTL rate tables originating from Bozeman, MT. Final shipping rates are determined at time of booking and are subject to:

• Carrier availability and current fuel surcharge (typically 18–25%)
• Actual shipment weight and freight classification (Class 50–85 for industrial tables)
• Accessorial charges: liftgate ($150–$250), residential delivery ($100–$175), inside delivery ($250–$400)
• Seasonal rate fluctuations and carrier capacity constraints
• Destination surcharges for remote or limited-access locations

All freight is F.O.B. Origin (Bozeman, MT) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon carrier pickup. X-Series USA is not liable for freight carrier delays, damage in transit, or accessorial charges not disclosed at time of order.

ESTIMATED LEAD TIMES

All lead times are estimates only and are subject to manufacturing capacity, material availability, and order volume at time of placement. X-Series USA will provide a confirmed lead time in the written order acknowledgment.

EXPORT CONTROL & COMPLIANCE

Products sold by X-Series USA may be subject to U.S. export control regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable export laws and regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.

PAYMENT & TERMS

Standard payment terms are Net 30 from date of invoice for approved accounts. First orders may require prepayment or credit card. X-Series USA accepts wire transfer, ACH, and major credit cards. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card transactions.
