Every FabSLAB is manufactured from ASTM A514 Grade Q structural steel utilizing a fully welded fabrication (not cast iron), followed by thermal stress relief and heat treatment at 620–650°C. All working surfaces are CNC precision machined, then processed through deep nitriding to achieve a hardened, wear-resistant surface.
